The Digital Divide: A Challenge for Inclusive Education

Despite technological advances in education, the digital divide remains a critical problem. According to World Bank data, 43% of students in developing countries do not have regular access to the internet, which limits their ability to take advantage of digital tools.

Projects such as "One Laptop per Child" aim to mitigate this problem by providing affordable devices and connectivity in rural areas. However, experts point out that providing technology is not enough: it is also necessary to train teachers and create content adapted to local needs.
