In this intensive workshop, attendees will learn the basics of transforming a business idea into a successful startup. Through practical exercises and case studies, participants will discover how to create a solid business plan, how to access funding for their projects and how to manage growth in the early stages of a company. In addition, technological tools that can facilitate the digitisation of new ventures will be explored.
